Since today is National Hamburger Day, we needed to say a word here in our fitness blog...
Maybe hamburgers aren't your weakness....but we are betting SOME kind of food is. At our Pilates Studio in Mission Valley we believe that life should be enjoyed. No need to be perfect ALL the time.
