Ever feel like you can't get a relaxed night of sleep when you exercise too late or too hard? Try this at the end of your workout: Lie on your back. Place your arms around your shins while pulling them to your chest. Rock slowly back and forth on your rounded spine, while tucking your chin to protect your neck. Do this for 1 minute. Then lie flat with 2 tennis balls under your neck. Let your head relax and breathe deeply. Ahhhhhh!
