The Pilates method is a blend of core strengthening work, performed in optimum body alignment, so that your body is being stretched out at the same time. Our Pilates for Golfers classes consist of power moves on the pilates reformer which mimic the golf swing, and TRX strength training (developed by the Navy SEALS) for upper body and core training.
