A client who started with us on Feb 4 of this year (that's 10 weeks) has now lost 2 pant sizes and 6 pounds....she does #pilatesreformerclasses coupled with #TRXtraining at our #MissionValleyPilatesstudio. It helps that she is very dedicated, coming to do her #bestpilates and #coretraining 4 times per week, and also being careful with her diet. Not sure which of us is more excited about this, but her #pilatesbody is definitely different than before she started with us! Way to go!
