At Mission Valley Pilates & Fitness studio in San Diego, we focus on posture and core strength in each of our Pilates Reformer classes. We spend part of each pilates class focusing on making the middle back stronger and more flexible. This provides the foundation necessary for proper shoulder functioning. We also focus on core and hip strengthening, which when weak, force the shoulders to bear the brunt.
