Are you a runner? Want to be more injury-free? Most injuries still occur by doing "too much too soon" but a recent study says that hip muscle weakness leads to problems in the knees and feet while running. Weak hip abductor muscles can cause the femur to lean inward while running instead of remaining straight with the rest of the leg and foot. Recommended exercise? Hip abductor work either on all fours or standing will greatly help! Oh yeah..we do those on the #pilatesreformer!
