Lots of changes occur with aging (we didn’t say getting old), and modifications should be made over time to avoid injury.
In our customized Pilates Reformer and TRX workouts, we keep in mind safe goals for flexibility,endurance, and strength training depending on the individual. Every exercise can be modified. Chronic conditions including arthritis, as well as injury recovery, are constantly catered to.
