Boost your immune system by cutting back on fatty foods. Eat more fruits and vegetables.....we need 5-9 servings per day. Try to emphasize orange, yellow-orange, and deep green produce.
(If you do catch a cold, try these:chicken soup (it works!), lots of tea and water.)
