Osteoporosis only a problem for women? Think again! In the US, hip fractures in men are expected to rise by 51% between 2010 and 2030, while DECREASING in women during that same time frame. What's to be done? Moderate weight bearing activity on a regular basis, some high impact activity, and make some of the muscle work focused around the hips and spine.
